Tim Carter
Earl was a kind and joyful person. He never met a stranger, though we often joked about "he depended upon the kindness of strangers". His little road trips with Chi Chi and his electric cart around the neighborhood will be missed. One of the things that made Earl such a likable friend was his enjoyment of having people to visit him and it showed. He was always giving away tomatoes. He was a "decorating fool" with the change of each season and it made the neighborhood a brighter place. Earl made the World a brighter and friendlier place. Judy and I will miss him, already.
