William Randall Steen passed away on August 29 2025 at his home in Oxford, Al.
William "Randy" was born on June 15 1951 to Alban and Hildegard Steen. Randy attended Jacksonville High School. Throughout Randy's life he enjoyed photography and his work at the furniture store. He attended Oxford Church of Christ.
Randy was preceded in death by his father Alban Neil Steen, mother Hildegard Straus Steen, brother Alban Neil Steen, and sister Vera Steen.
Randy is survived by his beloved spouse Wanda Godfrey Steen, sisters and brother in law Debra Steen and Alan Rich, and Livia Steen, daughter and son in law Karma Monroe and Mark Cooper. Also by his Grandchildren Jessica and Kevin Brothers, Destiny Robison, and Robert Dean Cooper and his great grandchildren Sophie Rollins, Lucas Rollins, Hadlie Jones, Jamison Robison, Delilah Robison, Atlas Grey, and Avacyn Cooper. Randy was a kind and thoughtful man and we all will miss your big beautiful smile.
