William Brent Lipham's Obituary
William Brent Lipham, 63, of Pleasant Grove, Alabama, passed away peacefully at his home on March 7, 2026.
Brent was born on June 20, 1962. He grew up in Bynum, Alabama, where he made a multitude of lifelong friends and countless cherished memories. Brent graduated from Oxford High School in 1980 and remained a proud supporter of the Yellow Jackets. Brent’s love for the Auburn Tigers was right up there with his love for Oxford. He rarely missed a game and made many special memories at Jordan-Hare Stadium with friends and family.
Brent’s love for his family and close friends was unmatched. He showed that love through the countless gifts he would give. Brent didn’t need a holiday or special occasion to give a gift. He just wanted to bless someone, and he did so with his whole heart. He loved making people laugh, a trait he proudly inherited from his father.
Brent was a retired Inspector with the U.S Department of Agriculture. Brent was preceded in death by his father, William Fredrick Lipham. He is survived by his loving mother, Evelyn Owen Lipham, his brother, Chris Lipham (Toni), and his sister, Ashley Lipham McDuffie (Jeremy). Brent was also extremely proud of his nieces, Shelby (Sam) and Alex, his nephews, Joshua, Jordan (Hailey), Matthew (Haley), and Hayden, and his six great nephews all of which he loved dearly.
Brent accepted Christ as his Savior at an early age. His family takes comfort in knowing he is now in the presence of the Lord.
A special memorial service to celebrate Brent’s life will be held at Bynum Baptist Church on Friday, March 13th at 3 pm. Family will receive guest an hour prior to service.
