William Eugene Gower Sr's Obituary
William Eugene Gower, Sr., age 77 of Coldwater, passed away on October 26, 2022, at Riverview Regional Medical Center in Gadsden.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Joe and Arlene Gower; son, William Eugene Gower, Jr.; and brother, Johnny Gower.
He is survived by his daughter, Darlene Benson (Chuck); and grandchildren, Jordan Ward and DreAnna Ward, a brother Benny Gower, and sister Linda Kilgore.
William was an avid gardener with a green thumb. He also enjoyed carpentry, which he was very skilled at, with the ability to make anything out of anything. He was an excellent caretaker and father to his son, Little William. He attended Oak Hill Baptist Church in Munford and lived his life for the Lord, which was shown in his interactions with others.
