September 22, 2025 at 1:30p.m. at the ceremonial shelter located at Salisbury National Cemetery Annex, Salisbury, North Carolina
Vance served with HQ Battalion, 2nd Marine Division Band as a 5541- Cornet/Trumpet Player from 7/24/1984 to 7/23/1988.
He was to have been at his USMC Reunion on Saturday, Sept. 20 in Chesapeake, VA. Therefore, plans are being worked on for a chance to provide closure for three special groups, all very important to Vance: his family in NC, his close friends in Chesapeake and his Marine Corps brothers and sisters.
