Venita Parker's Obituary
Venita Parker, 90, of Weaver, Alabama passed away peacefully in the afternoon of May 10, 2026. She was born May 18, 1935.
Venita was a long-time member of the First Baptist Church of Saks, where she attended many years, enjoying many trips with her church family. She was well-travelled, and loved to see new places. She also loved in later years to sit and enjoy the birds from her deck, but her greatest love was her family.
Venita was preceded in death by her beloved husband of over 30 years, William E Parker. She was also preceded in death by her mother and father, by two sons, Darren and Darrell, and by two brothers, David and Murray.
Left to cherish her memory are her son, Bryan Parker; a daughter, Cheryl Falce of North Carolina; four grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, and her three sisters: Betty, Bobbie, and Mary.
A memorial service to honor the life of Venita will be held Friday, May 15, 2026 at 1:00 PM in the chapel at Cremation Services of East Alabama, located at 733 White Plains Road, Anniston, AL 36207.
