Tracy Marie Thrasher's Obituary
July 1, 1962- September 26, 2020
Tracy Marie Thrasher, age 58, or Carrollton, GA entered into eternal rest in Whitesburg, GA on September 26, 2020. She was born in Queens, NY on July 1, 1962 to Kenneth Thomas Thrasher and Catherine Ann Snowden Thrasher. She is survived by her other mother of 54 plus years, Peggy Veitch Thrasher, Pell City, AL, and Tracy’s two siblings Leephether Mikovitz (Donald) and Kenneth T Thrasher, Jr, both of Carrollton, GA, and an aunt Sue Thrasher Lowrey (John) of Woodstock, AL. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews, Emily, Melissa, LeslieDanielle, Charleston, Joanie, Kevin, and Chloe, along with multitudes of great and great-great nieces and nephews, and many cousins in Alabama, New York, Connecticut, and Idaho whom she dearly loved. Tracy is preceded in death by her parents, Kenneth Thomas Thrasher and Catherine Ann Snowden Thrasher
Tracy served in the US Navy as liaison for the Defense Nuclear Agency and also in personnel at Quantico Marine Base in Virginia. She spent her life in management and accounting. She loves reading and all aspects of entertainment, and was a major trivia buff. She was a member of Hopewell Primitive Baptist Church and spent much of her life as a Lightworker bringing joy to those who know and love her.
There will be a celebration of life on a zoom meeting on Thursday, October 1, 2020 at 9 pm EST

Final Funeral Services will be held at 11AM, graveside at Kinard Cemetery at Hopewell Primitive Baptist Church in Lowreytown/West Blocton, AL on Saturday, October 17, 2020 with Elder Wayne Crocker officiating, directed by her siblings with love and honor.
