Todd Starr, aged 45, of Anniston, Alabama, passed away on June 9, 2025, in Anniston, Alabama. Born on November 15, 1979, to Charles and Vickie Starr in Anniston, Alabama, he is survived by his mother, Vickie Lane Starr, and his brother, Charles Jason Starr.
Mr. Starr graduated from Walter Wellborn High School, class of 1999. He was recognized for his exceptional talents as a writer and singer. His presence will be missed by all who knew him.
