Timothy Roosevelt Greene's Obituary
It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Tim Greene, who passed away peacefully on July 30th, 2026 at the age of 58. Tim was born on April 23rd 1968 and lived a life centered on faith, love, service and family. He proudly served his country in the United States Army for 4 years, demonstrating the same dedication and commitment that he carried throughout his life.
Above all else Tim was devoted to his family. They were his greatest blessing, and he treasured every moment spent with them. Nothing brought him more joy than watching his grandchildren grow, sharing time with them, and making memories that will be cherished for generations.
Tim leaves behind his children Jason Geigler, Jeff Geigler , Spencer Hester , CJ Greene-Ford and 12 grandkids who were the light of his life. He also leaves behind his sisters Trish Greene Lykins, Susan Greene and his brother Tommy Greene and several nieces , nephews and friends who will forever remember his kindness, strength, and unwavering love for those closest to him.
Tim's legacy is one of devotion, and selfless service. He will be deeply missed, but his memory will live on in the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing him. A memorial service celebrating Tim's life will be held August 1st Saturday at 11am at Saks Baptist Church in Saks Alabama. Family and friends are invited to gather to honor his life, share memories and celebrate the lasting impact he had on those he loved. Though he is no longer with us, Tim's love, laughter, and the example he set will remain with his family forever.
