Terry Lee Smith's Obituary
Terry Lee Smith, 68, of Piedmont, passed away at his home on February 21, 2026.
Terry was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and faithful friend. He is survived by his devoted wife of 30 years, Sandra Smith; his children, Amber (Abe) Walker, Brandon Smith, Kristen Smith, Josh Bonner, and Scott Bonner; and his cherished grandchildren, Destinee Bonner, JB Bonner, Riley Norris, Dylan Smith, Kaitlyn Smith, Gabe Smith, Tristyn McDougle, Kaylee McDougle, and Cooper McDougle, along with his favorite nephew, Jordan Smith.
Terry was preceded in death by his daughters, April Herring and Kendra McDougle; his parents, Kenneth and Jewell Smith; and his brother, Randy Smith.
An active and dedicated member of Philadelphia Baptist Church, Terry loved his church family deeply. Above all, he loved his family and treasured the time spent with them. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
Cremation services are under the direction of Cremation Services of East Alabama.
