Scott B Springer's Obituary
Scott B. Springer, servant of our Lord, beloved husband, father and grandfather, passed away with family by his side on January 5, 2024 in Huntsville, Alabama. Born November 23, 1950 to Richard and Sarah Springer, Scott was the eldest of three siblings. His father and dear sister preceded him in death. Scott lived a storied, wonderful life across the United States, from Pennsylvania to Michigan; California to Washington; South Dakota to Alabama. It was in Washington that Scott settled down in the Seattle suburbs with his wife, Susan, of 38 years. He was the proud father of two beautiful daughters and three handsome sons, a grandfather to 13 wonderful grandchildren, a dear brother to his siblings, and a beloved son to his mother, all of which are surviving.
Scott graduated from Whittier College and Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles, passing the State Bar of California. He worked as a lawyer, real estate developer, high school special education paraeducator, and author. He was a natural athlete and loved to play tennis, golf, and ride his bike. He became a member of Whitesburg Baptist Church in Huntsville, Alabama shortly before his death. Above all, Scott’s passion was to spread light across America through the Word of God. While Scott enjoyed moving from house to house or state to state, he is in his true home with his Heavenly Father now. He is dearly loved and will remain in the hearts of his family and friends.
Family and friends of Scott are invited to a service on March 23 at 2 PM at Cedar Park Church’s Chapel of the Resurrection (16300 112th Ave NE, Bothell, WA 98011), followed by a reception. If you have questions about the service, you can contact [email protected].
