Today, we gather to lay to rest Roger Corbit Evans, born on October 13, 1983, who departed this life on June 18, 2025. He is survived by his mother, Nancy C. Shuberg; his two children, Kira Proctor, and Ryan Evans; his two sisters, Ramona Tompsett, and Jennifer Moore; his two brothers, Jason Moore, and Joe Mimbs; as well as several family members and friends who cherished and loved him dearly.
Roger was a remarkable individual with a heart of gold, always willing to help those in need. He had a passion for the outdoors, music, and held a special affection for women. Roger's generous spirit and compassion touched many lives, and he found joy in making others smile. His absence will be deeply felt by all who knew him.
Roger C. Evans, may you now rest peacefully and find the love and tranquility that eluded you on earth. Until we meet again at the gates of heaven, we hold you in our hearts. XoXoXo
