A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, September 21, 2024, at Nances Creek Cemetery. Rev. Garry Brown will officiate.

She retired from JSU Library in 2006 after 28 years of service. She also volunteered and worked at White Plains Elementary School Library until 2015. Patsy was a member of Nances Creek Baptist Church and served in the Children's Ministry.
