Notie Belle Cochran, age 81 of Heflin, passed away on March 11, 2023. She is survived by her children, Kenneth Cochran, Jacqueline Cochran, Wanda Cobb, Timmy Cochran and Tommy Cochran; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William Harley Cochran; daughter, Marilyn Jean Holden; and grandchildren, Betty Jo Allbritton and twins Eugene and Jacqueline Allbritton.
