Michele Wilson's Obituary
Michele Wilson, 67, of Talladega, Alabama, passed away on October 31, 2025, surrounded by her loving family.
Born on July 31, 1958, Michele lived a life marked by devotion, grace, and quiet strength. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend whose kindness and selfless spirit touched everyone who had the privilege of knowing her.
Her work ethic was unmatched—steady, humble, and rooted in a quiet determination that spoke louder than words ever could. She approached every task, no matter how small, with care and purpose, never seeking recognition but always giving her very best. Her world revolved entirely around her family—the heart of everything she did and the joy that sustained her. Every meal she prepared, every flower she tended, and every long day of work she put in was ultimately for them. Her family was her greatest pride, her constant motivation, and her deepest purpose.
She leaves to cherish her memory three children, Kimberly Haynes (Marc), Todd Wilson, and Wendy Burns (Jeremy); five grandchildren, Marc (Hannah), Luke, Matthew, Brady, and Mason; and two great-grandchildren, Marc David and Luke Jr., who brought her immeasurable joy. She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Margaret Waites; her husband, David R. Wilson; and her granddaughters, Gracie Haynes and Kenedy Burns.
A private family memorial will be held at a later date.
