Michael Wayne Couch's Obituary
Michael was born on September 25, 1966. He married Lisa B. Couch on February 14, 2003, and together they have a son named John Carter Couch. In addition, Michael is the proud father of two other wonderful children, Morgan Presley Couch Story (married to Kyle) and Huntington Allen Brooks Couch, as well as two grandchildren, Maddox Taber Story and Amelia Payton Carter.
Adopted at an early age with his biological sister Bunny Couch Graham (Barry) by Evelyn and Elton Couch, Michael grew up alongside his older brother Roger Couch (the late Kathy Couch). He deeply cherished his relationship with Roger during their childhood.
Known for his sharp wit and intelligence, Michael enjoyed making people laugh. Often called a "wealth of useless information," he had a knack for knowing a little about everything. His talent for sales meant he could sell nearly anything. While acting as a chaperone at elementary school dances, he cleverly encouraged kids who ordered hot dogs or nachos to add a drink for just fifty cents more — usually closing the deal.
Michael was preceded in death by his parents, Evelyn and Elton Couch; his sister-in-law, Kathy Couch; and his beloved stepdaughter, Brittany Nicole Watts.
He was deeply loved and continues to be greatly missed by many.
