Marie Quick Whitman's Obituary
Mrs. Marie Q. Whitman, age 66 of Anniston, passed away on September 9, 2024, at home surrounded by loved ones.
Mrs. Whitman is survived by her son, Ronald E. Hughes; daughter, Kayla (Brandon) Maye; grandsons, Thomas Linn and Joseph Maye; sisters, Marlene Calfee (Tom), Betty Barker (Bobby), and Wanda Stephens; and brother, Scooter Quick. She also leaves behind nieces, Dana Woodrow and Leigha Dickerson; nephew, Danny Woods; and several more nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Whitman was preceded in death by her mother, Sadie Quick Adams; step-father, James "Red" Adams; father, Henry Quick; brother, Sonny Quick; and her husband, James "Ronnie" Whitman.
Marie was loved by her family and all that knew her or came into contact with her and will be greatly missed.
