Margaret Pierce's Obituary
Margaret Pierce, a lifelong resident of Talladega, Alabama, passed away on January 11, 2026 at 5:00 am, at the age of 96, at the Lineville Health and Rehabilitation.
She is preceded in death by her husband, James M. Pierce; her daughter, Eloise Medders; and her granddaughter Dawn Gentry. She is survived by her sons, Ronny Pierce and Wayne Pierce; her grandchildren, Michael Pierce, Michelle Pierce, Chris Pierce, Heidi Burr and Celese Pierce. She had six great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. Margaret had many nieces and nephews, but we want to give a special thanks to her niece, Colleen Worthy, who spent countless hours with her.
Her memorial service will be at Cragdale Baptist Church (2149 Berney Station Rd) in Talladega at 12:00pm on Saturday, January 24, 2026, with Brother Sam Walker, the pastor of Cragdale Baptist officiating and there will be a graveside service on Sunday the 25th at 12:00pm at Pine Hill Memorial Park, for anyone that wants to attend will be welcome.
