Lindsey Eugene Cromer, 92, longtime resident of Piedmont, Alabama, passed away at Piedmont Health Care Center on May 30, 2026, surrounded by family.
He is survived by 2 sons, Jerry (Wanda) Cromer and Philip (Michelle) Cromer; 4 grandchildren, Wendy Cromer, Jennifer (Clarence) Huie, Brittany Benger, and Lindsey Barkley; 8 great grandchildren and 10 great-great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Dot Cromer; parents, William and Rachel Cromer; sister, Pauline Bridges; and brother-in-law, W.L. Bridges.
He was a member of Sandy Creek Baptist Church.
There will be a private memorial service at a later date.
He will be missed dearly.
