Linda Fagan Morris' Obituary
Linda Fagan Morris of Weaver, Alabama, passed away peacefully at her home on August 29,
2022. She was attended to and comforted by her husband of 64 years, Larry Morris. She was
born on January 15, 1941, to Cecil and Nelma Fagan. Prior to retiring, she worked
many years as a Weaver School Bus Driver. She was beloved by her school bus children and
cherished them all. She also worked alongside her mother as a seamstress, making beautiful
draperies for customers over many years. She was a long-time member of Weaver
Congregational Methodist Church.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Cecil and Nelma Fagan; her sister, Shirley Fagan Hobbs;
and daughter, Lisa Morris Smith.
She is survived by her husband, Larry Morris; daughters, Melinda Stamper (Gary) and Miranda
Fair (Roger); brother, Garry Fagan (Annette); five granddaughters; and ten great-grandchildren.
She loved her fur babies, Dixie, Sophie, and Sabie.

excellent care they provided.
A memorial service officiated by Rev. Keith Merritt is planned for September 24, 2022, at 11:00
am at Weaver Congregational Methodist Church, 916 Alexandria Rd., Weaver, AL 36277.
