Kevin Lee Humphries' Obituary
Kevin Lee Humphries, 54, of Anniston, Alabama, passed away on May 23, 2026. He was born on October 14, 1971.
Kevin was a hardworking man who dedicated 25 years of service to SuperValu before becoming a business owner. He was known for his strong work ethic, creative hands, and ability to build or fix just about anything. Kevin had a deep love for woodworking, building projects, and spending time doing the things he enjoyed most. He was also a devoted Auburn football fan and loved cheering on the Tigers.
Above all, Kevin loved his family. He leaves behind the mother of his children, Heather Humphries; daughters Amber Humphries (Nick Carroll) and Kaitlyn Humphries (Patrick Morehouse); son Noah Humphries; son-in-law Matt Brown; granddaughter Reiley Brown; infant granddaughter Emory Lee; mother Carolyn Vining; brother Chris Humphries; and many beloved nieces and nephews.
Kevin was preceded in death by his father, Darrell Gray Humphries, and his aunt, Laura Joyce Humphries.
A memorial service honoring Kevin’s life will be held on Saturday, June 6, at 1:00 p.m. at the Magnolia House at Cremation Services of East Alabama. The family requests that everyone wear Auburn attire in Kevin’s honor. Those who would like to speak are encouraged to write a letter or message to Kevin to be read during the service.
His memory will live on through the family he loved, the things he built, and the many lives he touched along the way.
