Kerry Todd Owens' Obituary
Kerry Todd Owens was born on August 31st, 1962 to his parents Elmo and Joan Owens of Fruithurst, Alabama. Kerry was the oldest of three children and graduated from Cleburne County High School in 1980. Kerry would join the United States Air Force and serve 8 years ending his tour of duty in 1988. Upon returning to Alabama in 1988 Kerry met and married Sandra Faye Webb of Anniston and would become a loving husband and devoted stepfather to Sandra’s two daughters, Stephanie and Shannon. Kerry and Sandra remained together for the next 32 years. Kerry was a husband, a father, a son, a brother and absolutely adored by his grandchildren. Kerry will be missed by all those who were fortunate enough to know him.
Kerry was preceded in death by his mother Barbara Joan Owens and his brother Tim Owens. Kerry is survived by his wife Sandra Owens of Jacksonville, his father Elmo Owens of Fruithurst, his sister Susan Shepherd (Kyle) of Buchanan, his stepchildren Stephanie Weathers (Matt) of Chelsea and Shannon Thacker (Kent) of Piedmont. Kerry is also survived by many grandchildren, nieces and nephews who will never forget his laughter and kind spirit.
