Jeffe is survived by his beautiful daughter, Eden Elizabeth Hubbard 10 years old), as well as his mother, Ruth Hubbard; father and step-mother, Eugene and Denise Hubbard; siblings, Jason Hubbard, Jennifer Hubbard-Bolt and her husband Lance; step-siblings, Josh Brown and his wife Shirley and Jessica Brewer and her husband Jordan; nephews, Bo, Ty, Kaleb and Jaxon; nieces, Magen (Brenton) and McKenna; great nieces and nephews, Braxton, Nora, Easton, Jaeger, Alexis, Landon, Camden, Tristan, Crimson and Everly; and also many extended family and friends.
