James Ferguson had TWO sons with Ellen Dee Ferguson whom he was married to for 17 years. I gave James the money to buy the equipment so he could start his business, JVMaintance. He gave me a paper giving me 50% of his business. when he started cheating with Linda Brown, he tore up our agreement papers leaving his wife and children destitute. That's the man James Ferguson was. There was nothing honorable about him. He was a lying cheating piece of crap. Jason Earl Ferguson whom James legally adopted his wife's child from a previous marriage. He also had a child with his wife, Joseph Blane Ferguson. James and Ellen Divorced after 17 years of marriage, when his wife ELLEN FERGUSON caught him cheating and carrying on an affair with said Linda Brown. He refused to pay child support for his two children, and did not support his ex-wife or his children. He was a piece of shit person.. His ex-wife went on to support herself by going to Nursing School under a program for Displaced Homemakers. (wife's whose husband left them and gave no support. Ellen became a Lpn Nurse and spent her life dedicated to taking care of the Elderly in South Carolina. She retired at the age of 62 due to having Bilateral knee replacements. She remarried and now lives happily with her husband in South Carolina.
