Huey Braden Dorough's Obituary
Huey lived a life filled with hard work, passion, and a deep appreciation for the things he loved most. He retired from Honda after 20+ years of dedicated work and carried that same hardworking spirit into every aspect of his life. He was an active beekeeper who found joy and purpose in caring for his bees and the outdoors. He also had a deep love for water and boating, where he found peace, enjoyment, and many memorable moments. He enjoyed working with his hands and took great pride in creating and fixing things.
Family meant everything to Huey. He leaves behind his loving wife, Jennifer Dorough; his daughter, Sarah Dorough; his son, Seth Dorough; and his stepchildren, Michelle Willingham and Sam Estes. He was also blessed with many grandchildren and great grandchildren who brought him joy and happiness.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Lindsey Dorough, and his stepdaughter, Tammy Gowan.
Huey will be remembered for his hardworking spirit, generous heart, and the many skills he shared with others. Whether through his craftsmanship, his love for beekeeping and boating, or the time he spent with family and friends, he touched many lives and leaves behind lasting memories that will continue to be cherished.
His legacy of love, hard work, and devotion to family will live on in all who knew and loved him.
