My “Father-In-Law”. That’s what I called him, but he was more than that. The sum of him was a positive. He helped me more than he realized, not just with cars and house stuff, but with life. I truly appreciate the time I was able to spend with him. I loved him like a true father and I felt the love he had for me was like a true son. I’m going to miss you “FIL”, “Paw Paw Red”, “Grandfather Red”. For those that don’t know, “Grandfather Red” was his sophisticated name that he earned toward the end of his journey. He told me it was his favorite.
