From Lara Dover Fox, mom at the convention, July 2005 at the BJCC
I will surely miss you bunches Aunt Gilda. Our hourly talks over the phone and hearing your amazing beautiful voice. Wished I could hear you just one more time. You was on my mind here lately and thought heavy about you and should of picked up the phone just to hear you one more time before you said your final good bye I will see you later to us 😭😭. My tears I try holding back to stand strong for mom but by myself I think of you and they just start to fall. Good Lord I miss you 😞😭. I love you

It’s not possible for me to list all of mom’s roles/jobs but it’s important that I say how she thoroughly appreciated her role, delighted to have the friendships & relationships from her role at Foote Bros. Carpet for over 20 years
My sweet, beautiful grandmother. I remember she always made sure we had everything we needed for a fantastic tea party, and she made sure to teach us basic life skills like sewing. If you told her you had an interest in something, she would flood you with anything related to that topic. When I told her I wanted to learn French, from that point on, she sent me everything she ever found related to France. I received ribbons with the Eiffel Tower and "Je t'aime" on them along with a gigantic book on Paris that I have sitting on my coffee table to this day. I will forever miss the random convos we'd have, and I will forever miss getting to call her "dammaw".
She was ALWAYS wanting the best for her family. Making happy cherished memories for us wherever we'd go
