Garland Lamar Banks, 61 of Jacksonville, passed away on July 27, 2022, at Gadsden Regional Medical Center.
He was born June 21, 1961.
Mr. Banks was preceded in death by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Vincent of Avondale, AZ; son, Raymond W. Sandoval; and sister, Glenda Banks.
He is survived by his wife of 37 years, Linda F. Banks; children, Donyna Johnson (Terry), Willie M. Sandoval and Garland Barber; 14 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; siblings, Kenneth Banks, Sandra Banks, Jerri (Rodney) Thurman, George (Jodie) Banks, Cindy (Jimmy) King, and Timmy (Jennifer – deceased); and many nieces and nephews.
