Fred Rubhun Harper's Obituary
Fred Rubhun Harper, age 88 of Oxford (formerly of Haralson County, GA), passed away on August 19, 2025, at his residence. He is survived by his children, Dondra Harper, Vance Harper, Ray Harper and Sammy Harper; daughter-in-law and caregiver, Robin Harper; and multiple grandchildren and great grandchildren. Fred was preceded in death by his brothers and sisters; and children Donnie Harper, Dale Harper and Wesley Harper.
Fred was married to Lynn Harper and the late Annette Simpson. He enjoyed being outside and had a passion for fishing.
