Donald A. Bechard
Born November 1st, 1944 in Rhode Island. He passed away February 20th, 2025 in his loving wife's arms.
He went straight into the loving arms of his Savior, Jesus Christ. Don and Ruth had 34 wonderful years of marriage.
Homegoing celebration will be held at the Tabernacle Church, 1301 South 11th Street March 1st at 2:00 pm.
Eulogy given by Pastor Tommy Marshall, John Burkhart, and Charles Dugger.
He is preceded in death by parents Donat and Doris Bechard, brother Richard, Robert, and Paul Bechard.
He is survived by his wife Ruth Bechard, his two fur babies Elvis, and Sophie, daughter Robin (Tony) Nunn,
grandchildren, Summer (Brad) Stiles and Tyler (Tiffany) Nunn, great-grandchildren, Lyla Stiles, Judah Stiles,
Madison Summerville, Jameson Summerville, Addison Nunn, Harrison Nunn, and Wesley Colvin.
Sister-in-law, Tinka Bechard.
He was veteran of the Marines, and the Air Force.
He loved Alabama football, and the Miami Dolphins. He loved playing golf, deep sea fishing, and traveling with his wife eating at different restaurants.
He retired from Servepro and worked at Gadsden City Pharmacy after he retired.
