Debra Kinchen Parks' Obituary
Debra Kinchen Parks, 68, of Oxford, Alabama, passed away on November 28, 2022, surrounded by her loved ones. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, December 11, 2022 at 2pm at Antioch Baptist Church in Oxford, Alabama.
Debra was preceded in death by her father, James Kinchen Jr, and mother, Gladys Irene Kinchen.
She is survived by her spouse, Barry Parks; children, Jason Gilbert (Michelle), Amanda James (Bradley), David Francis (Priya); grandchildren, Brodie Gilbert, Sierra Gilbert, William James, Piper James, Stella Gilbert, Navya Francis; brother, Garry Kinchen (Teresa); sister, Judy Goggin (Jim); niece, Jamie Finlay (Brian); great nephew and niece, Keegan and Jordan Finlay; along with many other extended family members.
Debra lived a fruitful life gracing others with her infectious humor and selfless love. She adored her husband, children, and grandchildren, who gave her immense joy and happiness. She was a faithful woman who loved Jesus and Auburn football. We mourn our loss, but we also rejoice in knowing our parting is temporary until we reunite in Heaven.
