Deborah Olene Cash's Obituary
With sadness, we announce the passing of Deborah Olene Cash, of Fruithurst, Alabama. Deborah was born February 10, 1952 to Mr. James Ollie Cash and Mary Hazel Cash, and passed peacefully on April 6, 2025. She was 73 years old.
Deborah was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Clifford Cash and Doyle Cash; a sister, Essie Cash; three nieces, Jayme Cash, Ann Cash, and Lyndi Taylor; and a nephew, Kevin Swanson. Left to cherish her memory are: three brothers, Grover Cash (Diane), Donald Cash (Sherry), and Bruce Cash (Benita); a sister Sharon Taylor (Toby); seven nephews: Jeff Cash, Tommy Cash, Heath Cash, Tony Cash, Lane Cash, David Cash, and Alan Taylor; eight nieces: Gayle Swanson, Cindy Hall, Melissa Whiting, Candi Chaffin, Donna Carlisle, Kristi Ledbetter, Devan Sprayberry, and Lorin Dickerson; and a special nephew Brayden Mason; along with 10 great-nephews, 15 great-nieces, and numerous great/greats.
Deborah was a dedicated aunt and friend to all who knew and loved her. She was a member of various local singing groups, and she loved life and lived it to the fullest. She was also a graduate of the 1970 class at Cleburne County.
A celebration of life will be held for Deborah at 2 PM April 13, 2025 at Camp Creek Baptist Church, 29416 County Road 49 in Fruithurst, Alabama.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Kidney Foundation or the American Diabetes Foundation.
The family would like to specially thank Enhabit Home Health for their support and care for Deborah in her last days.
