Charles Edward Smith's Obituary
Charles Edward Smith, age 80 of Anniston, passed away on March 23, 2023, at RMC Stringfellow Memorial Hospital in Anniston.
He was preceded in death by his parents, James C. Smith and Mildred Smith; daughters, Christie Snyder and Melissa Alexander; sister, Margie Moran; and brother, Larry Smith.
Mr. Smith is survived by his son, Raymond Charles Smith Bell (Jennifer); sister, Alice Harper (Gary); brothers, Arthur Smith (Linda) and Joe Smith (Sharron); 3 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday, April 2, 2023, at the Chapel at Cremation Services of East Alabama.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association.
