Charles Douglas Cresswell's Obituary
In loving memory of Charles Douglas Creswell. September 5th 1970 - January 26th, 2022.
Doug fell asleep in death Wednesday, January 26th, 2022 at Regional Medical Center in Anniston, AL.
He is survived by his wife, Jeannie Salers Creswell. Two sons, Charles Caleb and Colin Douglas Creswell. One daughter, Chloe Rose Creswell. Two sisters Terry and Sherry Creswell. All of Oxford, AL. And one brother, Chris Cresswell of Birmingham, AL.
Doug was preceded in death by his father Charles Britton Cresswell and mother Dora Ellen Bonds.
He enjoyed spending time with his wife and children, Camping, Fishing, Boating and going for country rides. Unfortunately, due to the illness Doug dealt with for the past three years he was almost unable to go anywhere.
Doug enjoyed attending Christian meetings and would always get the family up and moving for the meetings. He fell asleep in death, a loyal servant of Jehovah God, and is now in Jehovah's memory awaiting his resurrection, based on the scriptures at John 5:28,29 and Acts 24:15
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February the 19th, 2022 on Zoom at 1:00 PM.
