It is so consoling to see the beautiful tributes that so many have posted here. It affirms for me my reasons for missing him so. Brandon was a beautiful person. When I think of him now, so painfully, I miss him terribly. I find that, although he had physical maladies, as do we all, he is gone way too soon. There was so much to wish for. We know we will see him again, for the Scriptures assure us of that. As Job stated under inspiration, “You [Jehovah] will call, and I will answer you. You will long for the work of your hands.” That work of seeing His friends, and ours again, with the prospect of never having to deal with that imperfections that plague us.
Yes, I so look forward to seeing Brandon, Charlotte, Ralph, and the many more that we have lost to our greatest enemy.
It was so good to see the many that showed for his memorial service. I would venture to say that he would be pleased. But that’s the result of the effect that he had on us. We love him, we miss him, we long to see him again. Have faith my friends. We WILL see him again.
