Benjamin Franklin "Frankie" Tidwell Jr.'s Obituary
Benjamin Franklin "Frankie" Tidwell, Jr., age 68 of Anniston, passed away on Monday, December 9, 2024, at his residence. He was preceded in death by his parents, Benjamin Franklin Tidwell, Sr. and Florence Marie Tidwell; and grandparents, Thomas Lon Smith and Della Gertrude Smith, and Wesley A. Tidwell and Rosa Wade Tidwell.
Frankie is survived by his wife, Suzy Tidwell; son, Christopher Tidwell (Amanda); step daughter, Lindsey Estes (Michael) and others; grandchildren, Hailey Tidwell, Emma Tidwell, Ryder Wilkins, Braxton Wilkins, Madison Wiley, Mazie Estes and Liam Estes; siblings, Bruce A. Tidwell, Thomas Tidwell, Susie Potts and Mark Tidwell; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Frankie was an avid fisherman and hunter. He enjoyed tinkering and was a master-fixer, and was an avid Alabama fan. He never missed a grandchild's sporting event.
A Celebration of Life visitation will be held from 1:00 PM until 3:00 PM on Sunday, December 15, 2024, at the Magnolia House at Cremation Services of East Alabama.
