Bobbie Colquitt Miller
February 12, 1945 - March 20, 2021
With profound sadness we announce the passing of Bobbie Colquitt Miller, our loving and devoted wife, mother, and friend to all whose lives she touched, on March 20, 2021. Bobbie was a dedicated mother first and foremost. She treasured her children and embraced every moment with them. She especially loved her role as Grandmother. She had a loving personality and always tried to comfort and bring joy to the people around her. She made friends everywhere she went and never had a visitor that she didn't try to feed. She loved her St. Mark's United Methodist church family and the times of fellowship she had there. Most of all she loved her family and instilled in her kids strong values that have served them well. Bobbie is survived by her husband of 55 years Jim Miller, her two sons and daughter and their spouses, Jim and Lisa Miller, Rick and Deanna Miller, and Wendy and Clint Morrow; grandchildren, Olivia Miller, Elaina Miller, Virginia Miller, Emma Miller, Chloe Morrow, Carter Miller and Sadie Morrow; sisters Melanie Dean (Phil), and Jackie Bonds; brother Ron Colquitt; plus her many nephews and nieces. All of these she loved and touched deeply. She will be dearly missed and forever in our hearts. We rejoice knowing she is with God in her eternal home. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made in her memory to St. Mark's United Methodist Church of Anniston, Alabama. A memorial service will be held at 11:30 a.m. Saturday, March 27th, at St. Mark's United Methodist Church in Anniston. The family will receive friends from 10:30-11:30 prior to the service.
